Starters

Plenty to munch on while the chef's prepare the first courses.

Lumpia

Traditional lumpia handmade by Chef Ed's own mother.  Served with sweet chili sauce. Meat and Vegetarian options available. 

Roasted Brussels sprouts

Farm to table, locally sourced and organically grown (when available). Roasted to perfection, these addicting greens are topped with a vegan dressing you'll crave for days to come.


Entrees

We prepare a minimum of eight dishes for your event

Ceviche

Fresh fish, herbs and spices served with chef-made purple yam chips. Pairs well with a dry white wine.

Seared Ahi Tuna

Fresh Ahi Tuna, seared to perfection.


Desserts

Since you provide the desserts, it's your choice!

Your Choice

Just remember, while a sweet bite is nice, no one will have room for dessert!
